I promise to blog soon!!
Rose and I spent the most amazing weekend last weekend in the Smoky Mountains, refreshing and renewing our friendship and our lives. It was...fabulous. I'm having trouble putting it into words for a blog post.

The spiritual and mental refreshment inspired me to come home and turn the entire house upside down, where it remains. We are painting, pulling out carpet, labeling our lives for a massive yardsale, and organizing. We want to even go through Neeny's things one last time before school starts. We are not allowing ourselves time to look at the sentimental things until we get the big stuff done.

My muscles ache. But the end is in sight, and we sleep like the dead after a full day's labor. It feels good.
