I love being home when we can just enjoy each other and the snow!!
Here are a few pictures of Kaela with her BFF across the street. Ben has been a little puny, so I didn't let him go out with the girls. He groaned for 1/2 an hour, "I big! I a big boy! I not sick! Mooo-mm-y..."
When the girls finally came in, I got out my special Tazmanian devil mug from my old apartment. Do you know that none of them had ever seen Taz? So we had this big discussion:
Ben: "I want dat mug wif the fox on it."
Kaela: "I don't think that's a fox."
Me: "No, it's Taz. He's a Tazmanian devil."
Kaela: "Is it a bear?"
Ben: "No, it a rat."
Me: "No, it's Taz. He's a Tazmanian devil."
Kaela: "Can I have that mug, then? The one with Taz the tiger on it?"
Wow. Definitely need to broaden our education to include Bugs Bunny cartoons, as well as Pinky and the Brain. Spongebob just isn't even close.
