Here is Kaela in her first chorus concert. We sat too close to get good pictures, but she's on the 2nd row in the pink.
They were so sweet. The songs were pretty much the same groovy '70s jams that I had in elementary music back in school. Funny. Our girl was SO nervous....and so pretty. We're still in awe of a music teacher who does a kindergarten production 4 times a year, and practices every week after school with them! Kaela loves music!
These are Ben today. It's Dr. Seuss week at preschool, and today was "Dress Wacky for Wednesday." You'd think he would at least let us talk him into a current Halloween costume--this one is 2 years old and WAY too short--but the boy's mind was made up. It was also funny, because he wouldn't take his stem off all day. So when I picked him up after naptime, his hair was damp and curly. The teachers said it was a non-issue. The kid was going to wear the hood. I'm glad we got the pictures to prove it! Notice the hot chocolate mustache, too...our Wednesday afternoon treat.
