My brothers will be home from New York in exactly 4 days and 12 minutes. And the little blogspot gadget that counts down to big events isn't working!!
I'm so excited I'm wiggling all over like a puppy! It's been almost a year since I've seen them. That is too stinkin' long!!
Eric is incredibly nice to me. Almost always. We also agree on most of the big things in life. That's such a good thing! But after awhile, I realize it's been too long since I've been called "stupid" and knocked to the ground by someone who loves me because I disagree with their political diatribes. I haven't had to listen to rants on, oh, I don't know--most of the things I disagree on--in awhile. I have refrained from pinching the soft flesh under someone's arm and twisting--just because it's not the kind of thing you do to someone who isn't plotting to do something worse to you....And I haven't been challenged to read something outside of my comfort zone, and challenged someone else in return, in too long. Variety is such a gift of God, I'm certain, and I love, love, love debating with people who will still love me even when we disagree. Yes, it's about to get noisy around here.
