Lost in Translation (or, "Huh?!")

Here are some Ben-isms from the week:

Ben: Mommy, Marissa was sick today.
Me: Oh, no! Did she throw up at school?
Ben: No, she had a heart attack.

Ben: Mommy, oo are crazy.
Me: No, I'm not.
Ben: That's not how it goes. Mommy, oo are crazy.
Me: Yes, I am! I am crazy!
Ben: That's not how it goes. Mommy, oo are crazy.
Me: Um...now what do I say?
Ben: (Laughing) Oo may not be crazy, but oo are re-wee funny!

Ben: Mommy, you know what is re-wee funny?
Me: What?
Ben: I forgot! Dat's funny, isn't it?

Ben: (sleepwalking into our room) Mommy, do you want to feel my hair?
Me: You need to go back to bed, Buddy. It's late.
Ben: (as if I hadn't spoken) Because Ka-ya tinks it is re-wee soft and cuddwy. (Then lies down on the floor next to our bed and keeps sleeping)

Ben: (In a stage whisper to Kaela, who is in trouble) Ka-ya! Just say "Yes, Ma'am," and she will forget about it!

"Yes Ma'am and she will forget it." :) That made me laugh.
