This is Day 2 of NaBloPoMo. National Blog Posting Month is a challenge to write a post a day for one month. It gets you into the habit of blogging, and reading other people's thoughts get the creative juices flowing, so to speak. I tried last year, and made it exactly 7 days. I think this year I'm gonna make it. First, it's November. Only 30 days (though if you're interested, you can choose any month. There are even blogging themes at www.nablopomo.com.) Secondly, it's report card month, parent conference month, the last few weeks before December 1 count (which is the equivalent of watching Spice World on repeat for 2 days straight if you're a special ed. person), another full birthday month for our family, Thanksgiving, and hopefully a quick jaunt to the big city. Writing during busy times keeps me sane. (Well, that and the occasional carpet sandwich...)
Today, I'm posting photos of Kaela and Ben from Saturday. Also letting the world know that if we live another 250 years, we will STILL be drowning in Halloween candy. Which would explain why it's bedtime, and my children are running circles around the living room like hamsters on speed....
