Another still-born baby bunny tonight!! What's up with that?
Tonight, we decided to give the poor thing a proper funeral for his/her momma's sake. I think the entire neighborhood turned out. See the skirts and dresses? The little girls went home and got dressed up for the occasion. Our good 13-year old buddy and pastor-in-training, DM, led the songs. Here are a couple of shots to capture the grievous occasion. The kiddos were so sweet and solemn, then scattered to enjoy the remnants of a perfect spring evening.
