The year was 1989. I was in 8th grade. My sister, Andrea, had posters of Poison and Def Leppard hanging on the ceiling over her twin bed on her side of the room.
I had these guys--New Kids on the Block! (And in little cut-out magazine photos taped all over the wall...and on my favorite tee-shirt that's still in my hope chest...) Joey has aged well, hasn't he? (the one on the far left with eyes the color of tropical seas.) :)
I've been over them for awhile now (sniff), but broken hearts never totally mend. I'll bet I can still find my old Hangin' Tough tape... Ahhh, memories... :)
